We will begin the photo journey of your day with bridal preparations. This fabulous time of watching the excitement build is a pleasure to photograph and these photos always make their way to the album. Photographing your dress, shoes, jewellery and all those little details you spent time planning and thinking about.
I will head off to your ceremony just a few minutes ahead of you so I can photograph your guests arriving at the Church or registry Office and also your partner as they await your arrival.
Throughout your wedding ceremony I take photos in a very discreet way so as not to disrupt the proceedings. Your vows, ring exchange and the all important singing of the register are all key moments as you begin this new chapter in your lives.
You may decide you’d like your family and group photos here or you could wait until you return to the Lodge where welcome drinks will greet you and your wedding guests. The grounds are lined with majestic trees and provide a beautiful backdrop for these photos.
Family photos are taken quickly and efficiently so as not to take up yours and your guests day. The Lodge has so much space both inside and out for your guests to enjoy and also for your wedding photographs.
I love listening to wedding speeches and will photograph your speeches and the guests reactions to them. A good wedding speech will bring laughter and tears and it’s a fabulous time for candid, journalistic wedding photography.
With extensive gardens you have plenty of space for garden games. Children will be safe and you can relax and enjoy as the evening celebrations draw nearer.
I stay with you right through until your first dance and if the dance floor fills up I’m happy to stay longer and catch the action.
